Tasted on tap at the brewpub 10/25/2008. This wheat pours a medium orange gold color. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat and cereal. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and bready with a touch of banana and clove, it more of a wheat beer than a hefeweizen. Hops are floral and slightly spicy. Kind of your standard American Wheat. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a touch of sweetness at the very end.
