A hoppy golden pale ale with a resin, lemon, hop character. Orkney comprises of 70 islands, 17 or 18 of which are inhabited. Each unique in its own way, locals and tourists travel internally by both sea and air. We use all pale malt and lots of New Zealand hops to create this hoppy but still sessionable low strength beer. Ingredients: Water, barley malt (Maris Otter), wheat malt, Nelson Sauvin hops, yeast.

August 2020: 500 ml bottle, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 3.9%.Golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate but nice fruity aroma, hints of yellow plums and pineapple. Light bodied. Medium dry flavour, notes of citric and earthy hops, resinous in the medium bitter finish.
