This style refers to the many great pilseners that originated in what is now known as the Czech Republic. Our Summit Grand is brewed with select malts and both domestic and imported hops. Golden in color, with just the right amount of body, Summit Grand is truly the perfect beer for any occasion.

A dark yellow pils, smells strongly of grass but clean. Head was soapy and a little thin, didn't last long. Flavor is pretty much right on, not amazing but true to style. Light and refreshing, good clean bite at the end. Not bad.

Haven't had this in a couple of years but really enjoyed it as part of the summer seasonal sampler pack. Gold pour; plenty of white head; crisp, clean aroma and taste. Very drinkable.

FF Draft Party 2010. Golden color, not much of a head (that lasted longer than a few secs anyway). Aroma and flavor was grainy and sweet cornlike flavors. Not much there in the way of hops. Not very exciting.

Lively pour with an intense carbonation, large white head, and blanketing lacing. Faint grassy aroma with a fading pepper scent. Soft body, minor bitterness and a delicate ease of enjoyment. Standard Pils flavor, and this one tastes very fresh. Grassy, grainy cereal, and green noble hops abound in a light flavor. Enjoyed each bottle on my back patio as Autumn begins to creep in. Goodbye Summertime it's been fun.

Now known as just "Pilsener": poured a bright, clear golden colour- small head. Aroma is pleasent- fresh hops, green grapes and grass. Taste is firm on the palate, hops are to the point- but well balanced. Filling with a semi dry finish.

I liked the reddish-brown coloring that this beer poured. There was also a nice looking fine layer of lace around the glass. The aroma was weak, though. While the beer was fair in the taste department there was a strange medicine-like after taste.

Typical crisp golden with nice carbonation on the pour. Medium head and minimal lacing on the glass. Decent aroma with a nice balance between the malt and hops. I was expecting more out of the flavor, but it did make me think of a Budwiser, Miller Highlife, Coors type of beer. Mouthfeel was good and finish was clean and crisp. An "OK" pilsner.

Poured a nice gold with good carbonation and medium white head. The aroma what fresh and well balanced. Great blend of malt and hops. The flavor matched. There was a very smooth mouthfeel. It made for a delightfully drinkable beer.
