Introducing “This One”. Our take on a California Common, a unique North American style with a rich history dating back to the Gold Rush era, this beer is based on our award-winning recipe. It has a moderate malt presence, intertwined with balanced notes of toast and caramel, finished with hints of rustic wood and mint on the nose. It has a beautiful copper colour that finishes as crisp as an autumn morning. Pours a clean amber colour with a creamy warm cap, nice creamy lacing. Caramelish malt aromas with fruity notes and hints of mild grassy hops. Caramel tasting with a little diacetyl butterscotch, but blended with the hosts and hints of nuts. Easy-drinking beer that is quite fruity, not so much cereal grain like a typical California Common, but good.
