Brewed with English Pale malt and some light amounts of specialty malt, this beer is an expression of a perfectly balanced beer style. Americanized because of our house yeast, this ESB has a light fruit character with caramel/biscuit malt notes in the body. Hopped with Brambling Cross and a touch of Polaris. Named in honor of our local Fredericksburg river, the Rappahannock.
