Pours a slightly hazy amber with a very thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Malty aroma has a strong cinnamon overtone and a firm vegetable note. Yep - definitely pumpkin. Pumpkin pie, perfect from Samhain to New Years. Hell, perfect any time of year. Flavor is like liquid pumpkin pie, pumpkin plus cinnamon, as well as a malty undertone and a snip of cloves. Texture has average viscosity, but some good fizz. Any time is a good time for pumpkin beer!
