This gin-like elixir harkens back to earlier times when these traditional botanicals were used in brewing and distilling. The selection of juniper, lemon and lime peel elevates this double IPA’s citrusy flavor by imparting fragrant, earthy dryness. Furthermore, we spiced up the traditional ingredient list with fresh ginger to create our own unique concoction and bring the flavor profile into the modern-day epitome of the gin spirit.

Rated Feb. 2017. 12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear copper body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up loads of flowery juniper and then ginger, a dash of berry and then a faint crystal malt sensation. The taste delivers full smooth juniper that has a soft pine sap edge to it. Behind the juniper is a firm ginger note blended in with sweet malts and thin crystal maltiness. This has enough thickness and heft to keep the juniper and ginger in check. Pretty nice.
