Katharina, en øl brygget til indvielsen af Kirketorvet i St. Heddinge den 24 maj, har hvedeøllens karakteristiske smag af frugt og cremet fylde og ikke mindst Amarillohumlens særegne smag. Skt. Katharina bør som andre hvedeøl bydes ved en temperatur på 5 – 10 °C og indeholder 5,5 vol. % alkohol.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a slight haze. The head is rather small white and fluffy and disappears quite fast. Aroma is sweet malts along with some citrus fruits, wheat and mild notes of sap. Flavour is sweet malts, some slight floral and fruity hops along with mild grassyness as well. Smooth palate.
