Comes out of the tap rich coffee brown. Tan head is thin, but that must be an artifact of the pour. Quality coffee donates the aroma but let’s through chocolate and smoky malt hints. Flavor is like a high quality iced mocha, mostly roast coffee with a little chocolate and caramel, just a touch of woody hops. Firm, smooth, fairly fizzy texture leaves a nice coffee finish. A worthwhile coffee stout.
