Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Staffelberg Bräu Bavarian Seidel an unclear straw-yellow coloured Pilsener with a small two fingers slight beige foamy head that had a good retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, a light hoppy feeling, hay and barnyard. The flavour is moderate grainy malts, floral hops and hay. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and watery. This light bodied Pilsener has a hoppy bitter finish. A very averaging Pilsner from Upper Franconia.
