We brewed up this German-style sour wheat to help us transition in the Atlanta market. Lactobacillus and saccharomyces create this light, acidic, and tart summer heat quencher. Fresh mango and pomegranate add delicate fruit flavors to the unusually high gravity Berliner Weisse. Transilience’s crisp and dry finish prove perfect for all of your long strange trips and will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
Pours beautiful clear apricot with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma has subtle notes of wheat malt, sour apple and pear. Flavor continues the wheat, malt and sour fruit of the aroma, only stronger; a bit of hay comes forth as well. Mouthfeel has average body and fair fizz. Overall, a different sort of brew that is worth at least sampling.
