Unless you have traveled to California & tasted a hoppy west-coast style ale, you might think this unusual wheat ale a bit strange. It’s nothing like a Weissbier or Hefe-Weizen, or even close to a Witbier. It’s cloudy like a wheat and the mild citrus bitterness is what you first notice, then the dry-hop after taste is peaches, pineapple, citrus & tropical fruits. Especially refreshing on a warm day.
