Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a snifter an unfiltered and hazy amber-reddish-copper coloured B A with a good one finger beige foamy head that had a medium retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is powerful wet woods, leather, toasted malts, caramel, honey, herbal and medicine notes. The flavour is solid roasted malts, caramel, a honey spoon, dried fruits, walnuts and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is light crispy and honeyish sweet. The texture is oily. This medium bodied B A has a dry herbal and honeyish finish. A nice surprising Belgian from the French Region Rhone-Alpes. A lot of character, unusual, well flavoured, for short a recommanded experience.
