Clean peach-like juice with a head that lasts longer than most ciders (probably because of all of the sugar). Just had their Blackberry version, which was also all-sugar. Mostly apple smell here. There is kind of a vanilla flavour in there. The only part that feels like rhubarb is the sourness - which is created by the lemon juice. Other than that, does not list rhubarb anywhere in the ingredients. Just carrot extract... like WTF !!
