This is Rapscallion all bulked up after hooking up with some galangal and lemongrass. We brewed a Rapscallion, boiled it for a long time to up the fermentable sugars, stalked it with lemongrass and weren't ginger with the galangal. It's pretty much the same old Rapscallion - if you found him at a Balco lab in Bangkok.

another beer, another hit at Social Kitchen. Back for 2nds on this one. Sweet aroma with ginger/herbal, and of course lemongrass. smooth body. thickness gives away a little abv as it warms, but it's pretty damn well hidden for nearly 10%! flavor very nice as well, just like the aroma. rolls off the tongue.
