Nice ruby-brown color, average white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and chocolate with some burnt notes. Flavour is dry and bready with malty notes of coffee, apples and chocolate. Medium body. Finishes a little bit too sweet with some chemical notes of iron. Also some hoppy notes to keep up balance.

Bottled. Reddish copper colour, small beige head. Caramellish sweet malts in aroma along with grassy notes. Weak roasted malts in flavour, which is smooth, sweetish bitter (caramel meets bitterness). Wellbalanced, like slottskällans beers usually are .
