Brewed according to an old Jamestown era recipe this ale is made with fresh pumpkins, parsnips, and corn grits along with malt hops and yeast to create a truly unique beer. The pumpkin creates a very creamy mouthfeel while the corn lends a dry finish and the parsnips lend a subtle spicyness.
