Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

March 2022: 750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2021, parti #1, bottle #307, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 7%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of Gravenstein apples, a hint of what I take to be sulphites, even though the cider allegedly is free of sulphites. Flavour of sweet and slightly acidic Norwegian apples.
