Well the idea of the flavor combo sounds good, i was hoping for a "Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie beer", nope... Aroma is menthol, faint chocolate. vanilla and with toasted malts.. Mouth is medium and slightly creamy. Flavor is about the same as the aroma, peppermint and spearmint combine to a menthol like flavor, not bad but unusual.. Overall it was just o.k., had higher expectations.

I think this would work better if it were a bigger beer, as the thin feel is almost overwhelmed by the enormity of the aroma and flavors, but it's still solid. At 7,8,9% though, it'd probably be epic. Nose is spearamint and peppermint dominated, as is the flavor, with vanilla and chocolate playing an important backup role. The menthol of beers. I dug it. A couple in our party did not, but the rest of the 6er will make a nice after dinner brew. Best by last week, so I better hurry up on that.

12 oz can. Pours brown black with a medium creamy tan head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is roasted malts, mint, vanilla and a little coffee and leather.
The flavor is sweet chocolate and vanilla malts, some roast and a lot of mint. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a little odd with the sweet chocolate and vanilla, roast and mint, but I think I like it.
