12 oz can. Pours dark brown, almost black, with a medium fizzy light brown head that quickly goes to a thin collar.
The aroma is nice mole spices - chocolate, cinnamon and chili.
The flavor is sweet chocolaty malts and cinnamon with a nice spicy chili kick in the finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, a very nice mole beer - very similar to New Belgium's version, but maybe a step below. -

single can from specs, i broke the sixer .. . deep black .. mild foam .. light spice, pepper, roast, and coco tar .. . slick mouthfeel .. enjoyablestuff, but just happy with the single .. . . the albany ham scam!
