The French name meaning “the flower” celebrates both the heritage and unique style of this refeshing Witbier. Brewed with whole chamomile flowers, Spanish orange peel and coriander seed, its one of our brightest ales.

Comes out of the tap a clear solar yellow. Fruity aroma has a nice malty undertone. Fruity flavor is sweet but not cloying and has notes of banana, pear and malt. Smooth, fizzy texture has decent body and a fruity, fizzy finish.

i was hoping this would be some form of unique hybrid of a traditional wit (which i'm not a huge fan of, though there are a few nice ones out there) and a Rogue Chamemellow, but the chamomille is almost completely overpowered by the other spices, resulting a pretty standard wit. 2012...better and a little more unique second time around. Average of 3.1 and 3.5.
