The Big Daddy Hooch doppelbock is an annual favorite at the Peak, so this year we took things a bit further and aged 7 barrels of it in Elijah Craig bourbon barrels. Quickly nicknamed the velvet hammer, this smooth lager is a rollercoaster of vanilla, oak, coffee, caramel and lingering bourbonosity.

been waitin a while for this one. Though not a favorite, ai've always liked Big Daddy Hooch and it's boozy bready sweetness. This has all that plus a generous dose of tasty Elijah Craig. Sweet on sweet, but it isn't cloying. Just a very nice sipper that'll knock you on yer arse.
