A fully Nitrogenated beer designed as our take on the creamy dry stouts of Ireland with a decidedly Sierra Nevada twist. Knightro is black in color but surprisingly light in body with rich caramel and chocolate malty flavors. It has a creamy mouthfeel and gentle carbonation from the use of a high percentage of Nitrogen instead of the typical carbon dioxide.

Comes out of the tap a rich, warm sable - while it is pouring, it is seriously bubbly and fizzy, a lot like Guinness. The end result is a mouth-watering crater of warm sable-brown with a thick, fine-bubbled, pale creamy-tan head that hangs around for quite a while. Smoky aroma has subtle notes of licorice, molasses and roast coffee. Creamy flavor has notes of caramel, roast quality coffee and molasses with hints of licorice and semi-sweet chocolate. Texture is smooth as a baby’s butt; body is not the best, but the fine fizz adds life. As good as Guinness? Better? I leave it up to you, Gentle Reader - er, Drinker.

eh. obviously served on nitro and it's just not big enough of a beer to be able to pull that off. a nice light and floral aroma and sweetness is nice, but pretty weak.
