Descripción: Sidra espumosa obtenida de dos procedencias distintas. Una elaborada con variedades de manzana adecuadas, típicamente asturianas y otra a partir de concentrado de manzana elaborado fundamentalmente con variedades de mesa, con lo cual se consigue la acidez y aromas de la manzana sidrrera y el cuerpo que nos aporta la manzana de mesa. Sírvase fría entre 7º C y 10º C. Características: Grado alcohólico 4º g.l. Acidez volátil: 1.30-1.18 gr/l. Acidez total: 3.5-3.9 gr/l. Sulfuroso Total: 200 mg/l Azúcares: 45-50 gr/l.

700 ml "champagne" bottle, as Sidra Zarracina, in Spain. ABV 4.1%. Pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a short-lived white head. Moderate aroma of cider apples and eating apples, notes of sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of eating apples, hints of sulphites. Light bodied.
