A very well thought out lager, couldn't confirm it at the brewery but it reminded me heavily of a California Common a.k.a. Steam type of beer. Dark gold color with a large white head and fluffy lacing. Malty nose with some nuts, caramel and biscuits followed by a steady stream of citrus and flowery hops. Great malt body with a nice hop bite and clean drawn out finish. Great mild flavors of fruity, piny hops and grassy malts with a slight nutty aftertaste. Great stuff.
