Not bad for a winter beer. Gingerbread is hit or miss for me. I prefer the less-spiced kind. Up front kind of mild, but lingers a bit with some heat/spice on the back end. This brew could be classified as a winter lager/spice beer, but I added it as a lighter brown. Aroma is of gingerbread snaps. Flavor is the same, with the basis being caramel and light chocolate malts. Still feeling the heat from the cinnamon and cloves!
