Available in 330ml & 500ml bottles and on draught from 50 litre sankey kegs. Note: This replaces all the verious "Oakwood" products that have been available. A blend of traditional vintage quality Somerset cider apples. This is a premium, lightly sparkling cider with a medium taste and available in a very drinkable strength. Introduced to the Sheppy’s range for the pub trade. Fermented and matured in oak vats. The cider should be served slightly chilled, but do not over chill. It is an excellent drink to accompany light meals, but is equally good just on its own.

Oct. 2013: 500 ml clear bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant light aroma of cider apples and eating apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Medium dry and crisp flavour of cider apples, light bodied. Hints of oak and sulphites again.
