Bottom fermented pilsner style lager beer. An elegant beer, brilliant gold in colour, has a dry body and is balanced, with a subtle yet distinct hop profile. Its crisp, clean taste is a reflection of using quality Bavarian hops and malt.

Oh my, so much head for a lager - guessing it is made to drink from the aluminum bottle it comes in. Hazy golden with that huge frothy-creamy warm cap, very long lasting. Now, waiting some more to see what kind of lacing this give me. Thick, patchy, wavy, foamy-creamy again. Smells yeasty, so not sure if too much of it, but at least it does not smell bad. Cereal grain undertones, which are a little more felt in the taste. Almost hints of banana, so not sure if wheat is used. Not a bad micro lager... if you have the patience to wait for the head to go down to take a sip.

The beer pours a translucent medium gold colour with plenty of effervescence and a foamy white head which doesn’t last very long. The aroma is grainy malt, maybe a hint of biscuits in there, along with herbal hop notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation (despite the excess effervescence). The flavour is very malty with some subtle sweetness at the start giving way to a twinge of bitter hops in the finish. Nothing offensive here, but not worth reaching for again. -

Slim aluminum bottle from LCBO. Pours an average foamy bubbly white head that dissipates fairly quickly, has a very pale golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of grain, grass, hints of herbal and floral hops. Flavours are mostly cereal malt, grains and a bit grassy. Some subtle sweet notes. A bit of a dry finish. Pretty decent lager.
