Tasted at the brewpub on 3/28/2011. This wheat ale pours a light hazy orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty an sweet, with a touch of clover honey. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and sweet, touch of grain. Some honey. The hops are floral. Nice carbonation. Touch of honey at the finish. Good balance. A very easy drinking wheat. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is s lightly sweet.
