Bottle enjoyed at Todd English pub in Vegas. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with lots of apples in the aromas and taste. Notes of Belgian Ale yeast. Quite a nice easy-drinking Belgian ale with loads of natural apples.

Opaque yellow with fluffy white foam head. Weak aroma, little barley. Quite normal barley taste, not an outstanding beer. Short aftertaste. (Antwerpen 201409)

Pours a semi clear yellow with a massive 5 finger off white, sudsy head that takes its damned time going down. Carbonation starts off as a tornado but settles so an even pace after a minute or 2. Aroma is fairly spicy with that typical Belgian ting to it. Hints of Belgian yeast, malts, cloves and light lemon. Taste is fairly interesting with the combination of spices. Slightly metallic but it isn't noticed as much. Actually fairly easy drinking. Not half bad.

A: spices, grains, yeast, herbal hops
    P: medium
F: grains and spices, some yeastiness
O: new brewery mimicking an old Belgian style and I think they succeeded
