500 ml bottle. Poured a near to black with ruby tones colored beer with a threee fingers tan creamy foamy head that had a good retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate toasted malts and ripe fruits, plums, notes of coffee. The flavour is burned malts, dusty or ashes, notes of dark chocolate and coffee. This light to medium bodied Schwarzbier has a dry slight sweety finish. Another averaging beer !

Bottled@Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Deep ambery brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma is bready and caramel malts along with mild roast, coffee, chocolate and some ashes. Flavour is quite identical but also has some sweet burnt sugary notes. Rather pleasant.

500 ml bottle, bought in Bier Spezi Hamburg. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Large and lingering greyish tan head, nice lacing. Pleasant moderately roasty aroma, also notes of dark fruits, chocolate, Schwarzbrot and coffee. Very nice flavour of roasted malts perfectly balanced with the hops, not too sweet, notes of coffee. Moderate roasty aftertaste which lasts "forever". A very good Schwarzbier!
