Schorschbock ICE 20% combines the traditional brewing techniques with the refinement of the Icebock-method. After freezing down the already strong Bockbeer the frozen water (ice-cristals) is separated. What’s left is highly aromatic and very strong Icebock with 20 % Vol.

You know what...... this is a 20% beer that stays drinkable thats almost enough said. Black brown body with a respectable cap given the insane alcohol. Taste and nose are basicaly the same. I ASK ASK YOU WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT PROPER SPELLING ANS GRAMMER???? Massive burnt brown sugar with almost a soya but not. Underlying grape juice, mild to moderate heat, kind of but not pine. Whooooohoooooo words rock!!! Watching that Oz pre-quil........ I’d nail Meg, I don’t care she’s green and jagged. Good well grafted beer that remains easy to drink.
