What a surprising beer! Looks awesome in the glass, crystal clear, golden straw color and a wispy head that lasted the whole way down. Very clean and crisp flavor with a good bitter bite on the back end. Light floral, grassy aroma. This is what a pils is supposed to be.

Pours a clear, pale yellow with a very thin white head. Mild floral aroma with hints of grain and malt. Mildly bitter taste with a nice, spicy hop finish. Not bad for the style and definitely better than any macro lager available.

Had my doubts as myself not a pilsner fan. Nice mouth feel. Aroma is also pleasant. No skunk to this one at all. Tastes 10 times better than any of the other pilsners I have had. Will have again.

Bottle sampled at the brewery tasting room, and again later in a mixed 12 pack. Pours slightly hazed, amber yellow color, decent sized white foam. The head shrinks quickly down to a floating film, leaves thin stringy line of lace. Slightly grainy smell, mild hops. The flavour is actually quite nice. Toasted malt character, slightly sweet, and a bit of spice in the finish. The body is full (for the style), good carbonation level. A pretty good beer all around, well made with no faults. This is the taste I am looking for in a pilsner.

Has a very nice aroma of cloves (again) cherry blossom and mint. Body is medium with a golden colour tall white head that quickly dissipates. taste is crisp moderately malted flavors, with a light, well carbonated mouthfeel.

Another great brew fron New Ulm. Nice golden color, and a white head thats lasted almost to the bottom of my pils glass. Nice balance of hops and malt. Good pils.

Nice golden relatively dark coloer. Large white head that disspated fairly slowly. A slight grainy aroma. Little carbonation in the mouth. Slightly sour and has some hops. A lot of character for the style.

As not a big pilsner fan, I have drank this a few times because I love this brewery. Was ok, but still has that hint of skunk that all pilsners seem to have so it turned me off.

Overall not a bad beer. As with most Pilsner's, best if drinking it ice cold. Too edgy without a good chill. Not a bad aroma at all and overall taste is better than most.
