Built around the flavours of one of our favourite Canadian cookies, Viva La Stout is a delicious combination of chocolate, vanilla, graham cracker and raspberries. This decadent stout is the perfect dessert beer, with everything you’d ever dream of in a pastry stout.

The beer pours thick, and is a solid black colour with a huge bubbly light brown head. The aroma is chocolate, raspberry, brown sugar, and graham crackers. Smells great. The mouthfeel is full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and hints of light raspberry and graham crackers. The bitterness of the roasted malt and coffee means the beer doesn’t taste as good as it smells.
