The beer pours a hazed honey gold colour with a thick bubbly cap that disappears quickly. The aroma is funky yeast, wheat, and light citrus notes. The mouthfeel is bodied, puckering, and lightly carbonated. The flavour is sweet and sour lemon lollipop with yeasty funk thrown in the mix. Very drinkable. -

On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro. Pours very little head and has a fairly clear straw coloured appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas are wheaty, grainy and malty. Also some floral hops. Flavours are somewhat on sweet side and immediately has a sour tartiness to it. Strong sour citrusy notes. Also has some notes of berries and dry like hints. Great mouthfeel. Tingling and slick sensation. Sourness remains for a while on the palate. Refreshing.

Sampled at Brother's Beer Bistro. Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a white head and light lace. Beautiful nose with perfume, flower notes, spices, sour hints and yeast. Sour taste starts, goes down gradually to show light grain in the finish and yeast in the aftertaste. Mild tarty mouthfeel, light dryness. Quite a pleasant light sour ale with lots going on, and good grain.
