This brand is a premium beer produced from a Plzeò type light malt by two phase fermentation, with a subsequent long-term refermentation at low temperatures. It is strongly hopped. This brand of beer is the pride of Šariš brewery; a guarantee of real quality awarded in Monde Selection world quality contest in Brussels by 3 gold medals. This beer has a bitter, aromatic flavour and, at the same time, allows for better digestion. It is crisp, has a sparkle and pleasant look.

Bottled, BBE 12/08, thanks to a co-worker for bringing this back to me! Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grains, grass and a bit like dough. Flavour is grassy hops along with some mild notes of malts and breadyness.

it depends on the way served. it can be killed as any beer by bad bartender. but when its ok, than one of the best beer i`ve tried. perfectly ballanced, great thirst killer, full taste, smooth. really needs another one... my detailed overall score: bottle: 8 on tap (average draw): 7 on tap (perfect draw): 10
