Complex cider, medium sweetness/dryness. Apple cider based on the following apple cultivars Elrosa, Rubinstep, Santana, Wellant and Red Aroma. Some of the apples have hung on the trees until the first night of frost, this to give the Cider a hint of the taste most commonly found in ice-ciders. Some sparkles, filtrated. Works with desserts and salty food.

375 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Hillevåg. ABV is 8.56%. Pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of Norwegian winter apples. Equally pleasant flavour of sweet dessert apples.
