Our Sparkling Ale is the brewers’ take on a rare historic Scottish style. Golden in color and effervescent it combines subtle notes of Noble hops with pale and acidulated malts to create a slightly floral character and a dry finish.

Pours clear yellow with a very thick, if not overly persistent, snow-white head. Aroma presents fruity and malty notes, not spectacular but still inviting. Flavor features malty and slightly sour fruit notes. Mouthfeel has typical fizz and body. Not Sam Adam’s best, but worthy.

Pours out a clean perfect gold color with a massive white foamy head. The aroma is very light with host a note of spice. The mouthfeel is on the verge of becoming thick. The taste is very mild and smooth.

Came in their Winter Classics 12-pack, bought in Vegas. Pours a clean light-golden colour with a big frothy white cap, decent retention and some good foamy lacing. Hoppy aromas of light grass, apples with some very light grain malts. The taste starts off a little hoppy but finishes with some apple notes, and mild grain lingering. Metallic hints are present from one of the hops, but the rest of the brew is an decent ale.
