    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle. Poured a gushing and unfiltered hazy amber-orange coloured Belgian Ale with a two fingers slight beige fine foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is malty and marked sourish fruits, apples. The flavour is moderate malty, biscuits, fruity, sourish fruits, apples, juicy oranges and spicy notes, coriander, vanilla. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling and quite watery. This light to medium bodied Begian Ale has a dry sourish fruits finish. A quite interesting first try from a tiny ( 50 hl/year ) brewery in the North of france.
