Bottle from oHIo Brother-in-law. Nice gift! Been aging a year. Dark caramel amber colored pour, tight short cap and head, spotty lacing. Rich caramel sweet aroma with some ripe dark pitted fruits, bananas, slight bubble gum, floral and earthy hops, brown sugar. Tasty and rich. Would have never guessed "Organic", more like Orgasmic.

Pours a nice cola brown color with a thick slightly off white head that leaves good lacing. The aroma is very sweet caramel malt aromas with some spice and lots of dark fruit scents as well along with some belgian yeast and toasted bread. The taste is dark and light fruits which lead the way initially with very strong notes of banana and raisins along with some caramel, figs, tobacco, and some brown sugar round out the flavors. The yeast plays a major role in the flavor here and adds some delicate spices and complexity. Alcohol is very well hidden. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with a very nice lingering sweetness and medium bodied.
