500ml bottle. Pours an average size frothy off-white head that dissipates to a thin bubbly coating. Has a golden amber appearance. Aromas are grainy and grassy. Flavours are mostly malty, sweet and bready malt notes. Barley and hints of earthy hops. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Not too bad.

Pours a clear golden-amber colour with a warm cap, decent retention and some nice creamy lacing. Aromas of caramel, light alcohol, bready and raisin notes. The taste starts off with apples flavours, going through other fruity malts and some blended grassy hops in the finish with the warming of the alcohol. Not a bad English Strong Ale with enough going on all around. Just a tad too rich to have another.
