pours a cloudy peach color, towering head slowly dissipates to a healthy looking lace. The aroma is of citrus peel, coriander, grassy, peppery, nutty yeast, and fresh baked crackers. The taste is smooth, big crispness with a creamy backdrop. Lemon zest, peppercorn, coriander, dried grass, nutty grain, orange peel and a faint plummy alcohol show off its complexities. The mouthfeel is medium silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very refreshing and another great hit from Rivertown.

Great wit to enjoy throughout the 4th of July long weekend. Refreshingly fruity with a nice tart yeast accent. Cloudy orange/yellow pour, big head and frothy lacing. Orange, coriander and dry wheat throughout. Fairly textbook by style. Lighter than some other examples which was perfect for a couple days of sunshine, swimming, and disc golfing.

I can't believe I'm the first to try this. One of my co-workers found out that my bf and I like trying different beers so she brought me about 100 from a cross country trip that her husband surprised her with. The Wit is a cloudy orange gold with a white head. Citrusy tones dominate the aroma with some wheat and clove present. Refreshing and clean tasting, plenty of citrus and spice.
