Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours a clear to very lightly hazy light yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of visible carbonation with a tall bright white head that quickly reduces to a thin film and light amounts of lacing. The aroma is light to moderate grainy malts with some honey sweetness, lemon/citrus, grassy hops, and light fruits. The taste starts out with a grainy malt body that includes soem notes of honey sweetness and lemon/citrus. This beer has a light amount of bitterness from the grassy hops which lingers slightly. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation.

Poured a cloudy yellow with a small fast faring head and a bit of sediment. flavor was sort of non descript. Hints of malt with a bit of citrus medium mouth feel that a bit more fizz would help. This is OK but nothing special.

Received as a gift from RiverHorse's brewery rep last September, and saved til just now. Perhaps a bit past its prime, but I can tell you it has a nice, crystal-clear golden appearance, and headed up nicely, although the head faded quickly and left little lacing (a function of my over-aging it, I fear). Aroma stood the test of time however, with a sweet malty and yeast fragrance. Mouthfeel and flavor hint at something that's probably much tastier when fresh, and I'll get some more to try in a week when I head back East for a supply run.
