Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad, as Rise Ærø Ærøskøbing Dark Ale. Mahogany colour. Moderate malty aroma. Pleasant malty flavour, nothing spectacular but nice enough to drink.

Dark reddish brown with a low bubbly head. Unclean and muddy aroma of metal, earth, rust. Flavour is preety much the same; feels pretty muddy and unclean with sourish hints. Metallic and sourish aftertaste.
