Tart, Zesty, Floral. A tart wheat ale fermented in tank with our house lactobacillus. Late-boil addition of elderflowers, fresh grapefruit peel, and dry-hopping with Hallertau Blanc highlight these particular flavors. The recipe was written to mimic some of the floral and citrus character of a brut Champagne.
