Comes out of the tap a hazy golden with a fine-bubbled ivory head. Wheaty aroma has strong notes of cinnamon and honey. Wheat-cored flavor supports honey, orange and cinnamon tones. Texture is firm, viscous and fizzy, leaving a honey, citrus and spicy finish. Orange you glad you caught this buzz?

Sampled from bottle. Pours yellow gold with significant sediment. Honey and spice aroma. The citrus comes out in the flavor. The spices are bold and more Christmas ale than white beer. Honeysuckle notes set off the spices well, though. Medium bodied and well carbonated. I was skeptical after the pour but it's a unique and flavorful ale. A course filter wouldn't hurt.

On tap from Opal Devines @ Penn Field in Austin, Tx. Ah a new beer from a new brewer. Aromas of wheat, malts, and orange peel, which was heightend by the orange wedge in the beer. Nice mid hazy yellow body, fizzy with a nice cap that left some spotty lace. Flavor is about the same as the aroma with wheat and malts upfront with faint orange. Overall a solid American wheat, a step or two above average.
