Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

Scent of hay followed by faint canned veggies. Clear yellow body with a foamy white head and great lacing. Light bodied, very neutral almost to the point of being watery. Subtle coriander and orange/lemon zest with a grassy malt body. Too simple and light to be enjoyable.
