Union is about relationships. Created for that moment when a stranger becomes a friend. When the fear of judgment becomes the freedom to become known. Union is belgian style white ale you can pull up chair and spend some quality time around–with and for those who matter. Come sit a while. Celebrate what we hold in common. At 4.8% ABV with a mild, but balanced tart citrus from dried lemon and orange peel, Union is sessionable and true to style (a witbier) with a cloudy appearance.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma has wheaty, citrus and yeasty tones. Enjoyable flavor trots wheaty, citrus, malty and pear tones across the palate. This is to be sipped and savored. Mouthfeel has weak body but decent fizz. A Union that even a Republican will appreciate.
