Considering the location when drinking this (sun - warm - view) it’s OK, otherwise it would suck. Clear pale yellow, short lasting white foam head. Light in all aspects, aroma, taste and aftertaste. (Ocho Rios 201702)

A lot less flavor the regular red stripe, would adives to just skip the light version altoether and stick with the regular version. Only benefit is a few less calories.

looks like your typical macro lager. thin feel, at first smell, lots of corn/adjunkty sweetness. nor pleasant, but it fades, and tasted ok, refreshing, if not spectacular. just felt like something new.

I don't care for red stripe so my hopes weren't too high for this one. As I drank I couldn't help but think of the t.v. Pitchman ( hooray beer guy ) sitting above the brewing barrel swishing his feet around in it. Yep that about sums up the flavor.

It pours a light golden with thin white head and some lace. Basic lager aroma of malts, light hops, some lemon. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of sweet malts, light hops, citrus and lemon, and mild spice. Very good, fresh tasting brew.

Unoffensive light beer. Almost like its brother Red Stripe. I had this in Jamaica. Slight bitterness in the finish, and somewhat dry. Overall, I could drink this until the cows come home.

Another successful beer run for my dad on a holiday has brought RSL to my lips. Poured out a crystal clear light gold brew, average white foamy cap and more random lacing than more low % brews. Also, a thin cap has been retained throughout the entire sampling. Hey! This sucker only has 35 calories! If I drink ten of them not only will I not be drunk but I'll also be bloated and disappointed too. 95% grain and 5% sweetness for the aroma. Not totally flavourless but just as I expected: dull, grain and a weak hop. Very gassy, a bit drying that I think I'm confusing with tons of grain. Finishes with a light bitterness. As far as light beers go... well... light beers f'n suck balls.

A less flavorful version of Red Stripe, which isnt saying much. Had this one on my honeymoon and it had a clear golden color with a frothy white head. Had great carbonation and a grainy aroma with very little hops. Had a mild flavor with a thin mouthfeel.
