Pours clear copper with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma yields toasted malt, cake and vanilla. Flavor provides toasted malt, vanilla, cake, undertones of zesty citrus and resiny hops. Texture offers firm body and peppy fizz. Call it what you will - I call it a worthy brew.
